Night Care Assistant

- 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro rata, based on a full-time contract)
You will provide personalised care to residents during night shifts, assisting with personal routines such as toileting, mobility, and comfort needs. Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and promptly communicating any concerns to the nursing team will be key to your role. You will maintain a safe, peaceful environment, ensuring residents feel secure and supported through the night.You will work closely with the care and housekeeping teams to keep the home clean, safe, and welcoming. Your kindness, attentiveness, and gentle approach will make a real difference, bringing reassurance and comfort when it matters most.What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in care is a bonus, but a caring attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful with a genuine desire to improve residents’ lives
- Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to uphold our values
