This is a fantastic opportunity offering long-term career prospects, a pay increase after 3 months, and a supportive working environment.📍 Location: Milton Keynes
💷 Salary: £12.45 per hour (rising to £12.60 after 3 months)
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6 am-2 pm & 12 pm-8 pm (weekly rotating shifts)

  • Weld cleaning
  • Press forming and rolling
  • Metal bending and shaping
  • Component preparation
  • Bride pressing/studding
  • Press brake operations
  • General assembly support
  • Other metal forming and production tasks as required
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Ability to work both shift patterns on a weekly rotation
  • Previous experience in a production or metalwork environment is beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
