Your responsibilities will include:Classroom Assistance: Assisting Maths teachers in delivering lessons, providing one-to-one or small group support to students who may require additional help with understanding mathematical concepts or completing tasks.Resource Preparation: Helping to prepare teaching materials, resources, and equipment for Maths lessons, ensuring that classrooms are set up and organised to facilitate effective teaching and learning activities.Student Support: Providing targeted intervention and support to students with varying abilities and learning needs, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential in Maths.Assessment and Feedback: Assisting teachers in assessing student progress and performance in Maths, providing feedback and encouragement to help students improve their understanding and skills.Behaviour Management: Supporting teachers in managing classroom behaviour during Maths lessons, implementing strategies to promote positive behaviour and ensure a conducive learning environment for all students.Extracurricular Activities: Getting involved in Maths-related extracurricular activities and enrichment programmes, such as Maths clubs or competitions, to engage students and foster a love for Maths beyond the classroom.Requirements:
A degree in Mathematics or a related subject area, with a strong academic background and a passion for Maths.
