Rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, the school provides a nurturing, inclusive environment where students aged 11–16 receive tailored support to help them succeed both academically and personally.The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll support students with a range of additional needs, including:
- Autism (ASC)
- ADHD
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Moderate learning difficulties
- Competitive pay — up to £650 per week (paid weekly)
- Full-time, long-term role (Monday–Friday)
- Ongoing training and mentorship from experienced SEN professionals
- Valuable experience for careers in Educational Psychology, SEN Teaching, Speech and Language Therapy, or Mental Health Support
- A supportive school culture with strong opportunities for professional growth
- A 2:1 degree or above (Psychology or related fields advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient, adaptable, and calm in challenging situations
- Previous SEN or youth support experience is desirable but not essential
