You will have the opportunity do socially useful work that has meaning - to Arup, to your career, to our members and to the clients and communities we serve.You will work on:· Support Region CIOs in delivery of the digital strategy· Creating presentations and managing spreadsheets and documents as required including electronic assembly of information for meetings and reports· Providing support on projects· Extensive diary management and support with travel management· Reviewing of inbox, appointments, taking action/responding where appropriate· Organising meetings, Teams, In-person, with internal and external stakeholders· General assistance in preparing for external and internal meetings· Advising staff/reception of visitor arrivals, greeting visitors, organising provision of refreshments, arranging working lunchesDid you know: Our Digital Technology team are proud previous winners of the at the Chartered Institute of IT's UK IT Industry Awards.Is this role right for you?
  • Excellent coordination, organisation and administration skills
  • An excellent communicator and influencer
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, able to use own initiative
  • Use judgement to manage workflows including associated deadlines, actions, thinking ahead, prioritising effectively
  • Excellent computer/typing skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite, Adobe, Powerpoint,
