Team Leader (Adults Services)As a Team Leader at London Paramount Care, your role is pivotal in assisting the Registered Manager with the effective management of the residential home. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality care services for vulnerable people, advocating for their well-being, and providing strong leadership to the team to deliver exceptional care. Upholding confidentiality, demonstrating judgment, and exhibiting initiative are paramount.   • If not already attained, by the relevant date, attain the Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • If not already attained, by the relevant date, attain the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
  • Solid understanding of vulnerable adults or child development and children's needs.
  • Experience in working with vulnerable people in a residential setting in a supervisory role.
