We are seeking an experienced Human Resources to join a prestigious Tier One Main Contractor working on major infrastructure projects at Heathrow Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic and fast-paced site team during a critical phase of construction delivery.Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related matters on site.Your duties will include:Providing generalist HR support to site and project teamsAdvising on employment law, policies, and proceduresManaging recruitment and onboarding processes for site-based rolesSupporting managers with employee relations issues, including disciplinaries and grievancesMonitoring and reporting on attendance, absence, and workforce metricsEnsuring compliance with HR policies and airport-specific protocolsLiaising with the central HR team and ensuring alignment with corporate HR strategySupporting workforce planning and mobilisationCoordinating training and development initiativesMaintaining accurate HR records and documentationRequirements:Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally within construction or infrastructureStrong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and under pressureCIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) desirableWhy Join Us?Work with a recognised Tier One contractor on a high-profile infrastructure projectGain valuable experience in an airport environmentBe part of a collaborative and supportive site teamOpportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced roleTo Apply:Please upload your CV if this is something you are interested in!Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
