- Define and own the Resourcing and Talent product vision and roadmap in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Monitor industry trends, product updates, and competitor landscapes to inform product evolution.
- Will play a key role in the Oracle Refresh programme, ensuring that we address current challenges in the system and strengthen Oracle as our single global platform for all people related data and processes
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Oracle Talent Management, translating complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
- Partner with 3rd party vendors/partners and internal development teams to manage releases, configurations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Ensure technical architecture aligns with enterprise standards and data governance protocols.
- Serve as the primary liaison and escalation point between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors for all Talent-related initiatives across our Oracle and best of breed solutions.
- Lead cross-functional working groups to gather requirements, manage prioritisation, and oversee delivery timelines.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, user adoption, and change management for system improvements and rollouts.
- Provide regular updates and reports to executive leadership on product performance, risks, and return on investment.
- Partner with relevant team members to imbed knowledge to respond to entry level queries and issues
- Act as point of contact for escalated issues and queries raised to support resolutions
- Manage a team of Resourcing and Talent product owners and/or analysts
- Translate high level business strategies into clear, actionable deliverables
- Accountable for the delivery of roadmaps, epics and user stories
- Champion a value-driven approach – prioritising outcomes over outputs
- Coach and mentor product owners and analysts
- Conduct regular 1:1’s and provide feedback and career development planning
- Encourage a mindset of experimentation, user feedback and data informed decision making
- Significant experience in a product management role within Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on Oracle Learnand Talent Management.
- Experience of implementing and managing recruitment and talent management solutions across best of breeds. Desirable but not mandatory to have worked with products such as. Smart Recruiters & Betterworks
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale HR solutions in a global or complex organizational setting.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
