- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UK and European markets.
- Represent HBA Art at industry events, conferences, and networking functions-locally and internationally.
- Confidently pitch to prospective clients and contribute to the preparation of proposals and tenders.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored outreach strategies and support marketing initiatives.
- Serve as the lead consultant on client projects, overseeing all phases from concept development to final installation.
- Manage project teams, ensuring alignment with creative direction, commercial targets, and client expectations.
- Develop project briefs, set milestones, and monitor progress against scope, budget, and timeline.
- Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and supervise installations where relevant.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless project delivery and financial performance.
- Maintain a proactive, solutions-oriented approach that inspires confidence in both clients and colleagues.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored, high-quality solutions.
- Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, balancing creative and commercial priorities.
- Deliver on quarterly financial targets for consultancy fees and project revenue.
- Provide regular reporting on project and account performance to senior leadership.
- Ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfaction through close collaboration with internal teams.
- Education: BA (minimum) in History of Art, Fine Art, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, ideally within art consultancy, interior design, or a related creative industry.
- Languages: Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing project teams (formal line management not required).
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion.
- Right to work: You need to have to right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
- Passion for art and design, with a strong understanding of market trends and client expectations.
