This is a rare opportunity to join a cutting-edge engineering team that's driving innovation across industries such as MEMS, RF devices, advanced packaging, and power semiconductors.You'll be joining a business that's not only shaping the future of electronics but also deeply committed to diversity, inclusion, and flexible working.🛠 What You'll Be DoingAs part of the Manufacturing Design Engineering (MDE) team, you'll be instrumental in improving product and process design to support manufacturing scale-up, new product introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Design for Manufacture feedback to Product Design and NPI teams
  • Create and manage product specifications and BOMs using Enovia PLM
  • Lead cross-functional projects with Operations and Engineering teams
  • Troubleshoot PCBA issues at device level to support manufacturing
  • Own and update SOPs, Engineering Change Orders, and PLC processes
  • Support Supply Chain and Outsourcing teams with technical guidance
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
🎯 What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a proactive and technically skilled engineer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Essential Qualifications:
  • Degree in Manufacturing, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing (5S, VSM, SMED, Cellular Manufacturing)
  • Experience with CAD design (fixture/tooling design preferred)
  • Electrical troubleshooting and defect data analysis skills
  • Willingness to travel to other global sites for process documentation and transfer
