Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor – St AlbansOur client, one of the leading firms in the Hertfordshire area is looking to add a Commercial Property Solicitor to its highly regarded and Tier 1 ranked, commercial property team based in St Albans.About The Team:The commercial property team specialise in serving retail and investment property businesses, while also representing many long-standing and high-profile clients across a variety of other sectors. Its expertise is frequently relied upon by banks and their customers who regularly seek advice on all aspects of financial transactions, including real estate funding, corporate finance, lending security & recovery and dispute resolution.Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties
  • Development, investment and asset management work
  • Lease extensions, right to buy and right to acquire commercial properties
Skills & Experience:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive and in the 2-4PQE range
  • Solid experience in tenant work
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
