Our team also supports individuals who struggle with substance misuse, making this a diverse and fulfilling role.   • Conduct assessments and manage cases of adults with physical disabilities to ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Undertake Section 42 safeguarding enquiries, responding proficiently to complex self-neglect scenarios.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individuals in overcoming challenges related to substance misuse.
  • Apply your knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act, Care Act, and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards in everyday practice.
  • Work proactively to promote independence and enhance the quality of life for service users.
