Salary: £13.00 per hourWe are initially seeking a Temporary Administrator, who ultimately wants to secure a permanent post, for our client's busy Surveying team. This is a customer-focused role that requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- CRM Management: Using a Microsoft-linked CRM system, to input and manage customer and project data.
- Reports: Proofread and check spelling and grammar in reports produced by the Surveying team before submission to clients.
- Database Input: Populate and maintain databases accurately; prior experience in data entry is preferred.
- Microsoft Office Use:
- Excel: Daily use for inputting data into pre-populated sheets. Ability to filter and navigate various reports generated by the CRM is essential.
- PowerPoint: Basic use required.
- Word: Regular use for editing and reviewing documents.
- Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
- Confident telephone manner and customer service experience.
- Comfortable working with databases and CRM systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
