Job Title: Teaching Assistant (EYFS – KS2)

Pay Rate: £88.94 – £104.84 per day (based on experience)
Start Date: Immediate

This is a fantastic opportunity to support children’s learning journeys and make a meaningful impact every day.About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and tailored support across EYFS to KS2. From one-on-one interventions to group activities, your role will be dynamic and rewarding.Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant (TA)
  • Support teachers in planning and delivering personalised learning experiences.
  • Provide targeted interventions to boost academic and social development.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to reviews.
  • Collaborate with staff and external professionals to ensure holistic support.
Requirements for Teaching Assistant (TA)
  • Experience working across EYFS to KS2.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s education.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education (desirable).
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
