These are students who’ve faced more than most, and your calm, consistent presence could make all the difference.What your day might look like:Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and positive behaviourHelping students access learning in a way that works for themWorking closely with therapists, SENCOs, and teaching staffCreating a safe, trusting space for students to grow, academically and personallyWhat we’re looking for:Experience working with young people with SEMH or challenging behaviourA calm, patient approachTrauma-informed practice, Team Teach or Thrive training is a big plusA belief that every child deserves another chanceWhy Protocol Education?We offer:
