- Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and face to face
- Accurately identify products that meet the customer’s specifications and requirements
- Respond to technical product enquiries and support the sales process
- Maintain customer records and assist with order processing
- Complete tasks with attention to detail and see them through to completion
- Work collaboratively with the wider team
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Confident communicator via telephone, email, and in person
- Key skills to build and maintain solid, professional, customer relationships
- Strong motivation and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to stay on task and complete work to a high standard
- A keen interest in cars and/or motorsport is preferable
- Knowledge of how a vehicle/engine works would be advantageous but not essential
