- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share.
- Manage and grow an established client base while identifying new business opportunities.
- Deliver technical presentations and on-site demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
- Represent the business at trade shows, events, and exhibitions.
- Attend regular meetings at the Redditch HQ as part of your role.
- Engineering background with machine tool industry experience (essential).
- Proven experience in technical sales, account management, or business development.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strategic mindset.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide.
- Based in the Midlands region (preferred due to office location in Redditch).
