- Diploma/Degree in physiotherapy or other relevant physiotherapy qualification.
- Current HPC registration.
- Have an understanding of the concepts of clinical governance and their implications for clinical effectiveness/best practice
- understanding of group/team dynamics
- Ability to present information, either written as per CSP standards or orally, in a clear and logical manner
- To work as an autonomous practitioner and have the ability to manage time, prioritise and delegate work
- Commitment to own self development and learning, demonstrate by CPD portfolio.
- Ability to comprehend and work within the Trust's policies of data protection, equal opportunities and health and safety and meet the differing needs of the patients.
- Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach to patient care
