Our client based in Hereford in Rotherwas Ind Est are looking for a Warranty Support Administrator to join them on a temporary basis.Contract type:
  • Full-Time
  • Temporary (with a potential for a contract)
Position:
  • Warranty Support Administrator
Pay:
  • £13.50 p/h + paid breaks
Days of work:
  • Monday to Friday
Hours:
  • 7.30am – 4pm
Duties include:
  • Processing and recording data of returned orders
  • Inspection and handling of returned parts
  • Assisting the Warranty Supervisor
  • Maintaining relevant spreadsheets with high level of accuracy
  • Manual picking of claims for return to factors
  • Ensure housekeeping within your area is maintained to the standard set by the company
  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks associated to the position
Key skills/qualification:
  • Valid Fork licence desirable but not essential
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word)
  • Must speak, read, and write in English language
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Happy to work within a team and on its own
