Please note this position is based in London and this will be the contractual location of the successful candidate, other locations cannot be considered.Senior CounselWe are currently looking for a hardworking lawyer to join the Aviva Investors Private Markets legal team as a senior counsel to support the delivery of Aviva Investors growth strategy.A bit about the job:The role will focus on Infrastructure investment, and you will have the opportunity to work across a range of debt and leveraged equity transactions. We are looking for someone with experience in cross border infrastructure and project finance. You will be familiar both with the finance and corporate aspects of an infrastructure investment. Most importantly, you will possess a strong interest and proficiency in quickly understanding and comprehending various debt finance and leveraged equity transactions.
