All of the data collection we undertake is underpinned by our own proprietary research panel of healthcare professionals.Job DescriptionThe Performance Marketing Specialist is crucial for spearheading initiatives within the Acquisition team to expand panel membership through strategic and data-driven digital marketing campaigns. This role emphasizes collaboration with various divisions including Analytics, Engagement, and Customer Support, ensuring seamless execution and optimization of acquisition strategies.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns aimed at panel membership growth, utilizing data insights for optimization.
  • Work in tandem with Analytics to leverage campaign performance data, applying findings to refine and enhance acquisition efforts.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, particularly the Engagement division, to align on messaging and ensure a cohesive approach to member recruitment.
  • Identify automation opportunities within acquisition processes to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
  • Monitor and adjust campaign strategies based on performance metrics and team goals, ensuring alignment with the broader organizational objectives.
  • Responsible for the comprehensive management of the marketing budget, including the allocation and tracking of funds by acquisition tactic and specialty. This entails rigorous monitoring of spend against performance to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximize return on investment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, with a strong foundation in digital marketing strategies and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in performance marketing, with a focus on acquisition and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional analytical and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in B2C marketing, especially within the medical community and digital channels and performance marketing tools.
