This is a rare chance to take full ownership of demand gen - strategy, tech stack, and execution - and really make your mark.What you'll be doing:Develop and lead the full-funnel demand generation strategyOwn HubSpot (Sales & Marketing Hubs) and manage all workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, reportingUse Cognism to build targeted prospect lists for campaignsDrive high-quality MQLs to an in-house Telemarketing teamRun integrated digital campaigns (LinkedIn, email, paid, SEO, website)Report on funnel performance, campaign ROI, and lead progressionWhat we're looking for:B2B demand gen experience - ideally in fintech, financial services, or SaaSHubSpot superuser (Sales & Marketing Hubs)Hands-on experience with Cognism or similar data toolsGreat collaborator with Sales/TelemarketingWhy this role?Part of a wider marketing transformation - this is the first demand gen hireGrowing business with clear plans and momentumHybrid role - 2 days/week in Manchester city centre
