- Coordinating with sales reps, suppliers, and the product team to confirm order details and resolve discrepancies
- Maintaining clear communication with clients to keep them updated on order status and delivery issues
- Building and developing relationships with suppliers addressing and solving problems
- Demonstrating effective organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy commercial environment
- Experience in customer service or order processing ideally with a background in Agricultural supply chain or logistics environment; however, this is not essential.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order management and customer communications, providing the highest level of customer service.
- Proficient computer skills and confidence with standard office software.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly comfortable with proactive phone contact to build relationships with customers, sales reps, and suppliers.
- A personable, organised, and methodical approach, able to multitask provide clear, timely updates to clients and internal teams.
- A motivated, team-oriented mindset with the ability to show initiative in resolving issues, while knowing when to seek guidance.
