- Maintain high standards of hygiene, service delivery, staff behaviour, and presentation across all sites.
- Manage site resources, including budgets, capital expenditure, staffing, and quality assessment systems to meet ISS, Trust, and client requirements.
- Report accurate financial results, ensure compliance with procedures, and drive cost control and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, acting as the key point of communication and ensuring professional representation of the account.
- Lead, motivate, and develop site teams by setting clear goals, managing performance, and promoting equal opportunities and diversity.
- Communicate and deliver the Site Business Plan, identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and service excellence.
- Participate in on-call rotas and respond proactively to customer needs, operational challenges, and change initiatives.
- Proven track record in facilities services operations, particularly in cleaning and/or catering (healthcare, retail or hospitality preferred).
- Experience in an operational management role with financial and commercial accountability (PFI and/or multi-functional healthcare site desirable).
- Strong background in soft services with customer focus and client management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams effectively.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L and budget management.
- Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility at all organisational levels.
- High level of initiative, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
