This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing house builder as a Field Sales Manager, supporting multiple sites and playing a key role in sales performance and team development.The RoleAs a Field Sales Manager, you'll be pivotal to the success of the sales team and wider business. Day to day, you will:Be based on-site, supporting and training sales teamsAct as the CRM (Salesforce) superuser, ensuring the system is used effectivelyCollate and report weekly sales figures to managementSupport the launch of new developments and plan eventsAssist with recruitment and on boarding of new staffProvide hands-on support across sites to drive performanceAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is:Currently a Senior Sales Negotiator within the new homes industry or in a similar role, ready to progress into managementExperienced in new homes sales with a proven track recordTech-savvy and confident with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)A strong communicator with the ability to train, support and motivate teamsOrganised, proactive, and commercially mindedWhat's on Offer£45,000 basic salary + £20,000 commission (OTE £65,000)5-day working week (Saturday to Wednesday) with two consecutive days offFantastic progression opportunities within a growing businessExposure to multiple sites, launches, and key business operationsThis is an exciting opportunity for someone ambitious, ready to take their first step into management and carve out a long-term career in new homes.Apply now to take the next step in your career.
