Manage a reduced caseload of the most complex and high-risk child protection cases, including court proceedings and care planning to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
2. Offer expert guidance, mentoring, and support to less experienced social workers and newly qualified social workers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
3. Contribute to critical decision-making processes and case planning, ensuring the highest standards of service quality.
4. Provide informal supervision or mentoring to colleagues, supporting the induction, learning, and development of team members and students.
5. Assist with quality assurance activities like audits and reflective discussions, and help implement best practice models such as systemic practice and Signs of Safety.
6.
