Job Description:Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Group Financial Controller to join an exciting Retail company experiencing huge growth based in Bristol. For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:£65,000 - £75,000 plus excellent benefits including hybrid remote workingRole responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all sites for efficient and accurate systems and procedures
  • Conducting financial analysis of the business performance, providing insights to the directors to support and shape strategic decisions
  • Manage and produce financial statements for the Group and subsidiaries consisting of management accounts, statutory accounts and financial reports
  • Produce and manage annual budgets and forecasts for use within the wider Group and external stakeholders
  • Lead and be the point of contact for external advisors/stakeholders (VAT, HMRC, Corporation Tax)
Person specification:
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
  • Currently operating as a Finance Manager/Financial Controller ideally within an SME
  • Analytically minded and strong commercial acumen
  • Passion for improving systems and streamlining processes
