- Managing a portfolio of residential leasehold blocks
- Preparing and managing service charge budgets
- Coordinating maintenance and major works
- Conducting site inspections and reporting
- Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance (e.g., Section 20, health & safety)
- Building strong relationships with leaseholders and contractors
- Managing insurance, contracts, and supplier performance
- Responding to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Proven previous experience in block property management
- Good understanding of leasehold legislation and compliance
- Experience with service charge budgeting and financial management
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- IRPM qualification desirable (or willingness to work towards)
- Professional, confident communication style
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to attend site visits
