Location: Brighouse
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm & Friday: 7:30am - 1:30pm (½ hour lunch)About:Our client is a well-established, family-run engineering business with a loyal team, many of whom have been with them for 8 to 20 years. - 5 CNC Lathes (with a new one on the way)
- 3 CNC Machining Centres
- Manual lathes, drilling, and grinding equipment
- Operating and setting CNC Turning lathes (Fanuc controls)
- Programming using Fanuc (experience preferred, but not essential - full training provided)
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Opportunity to learn OneCNC programming (training provided)
- Ensuring parts are manufactured to a high standard and meet customer specifications
- Working as part of a close-knit, supportive team
- Previous CNC turning experience required
- Programming experience advantageous (Fanuc / OneCNC), but not essential
- Ability to read engineering drawings preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and progress within the business
- Competitive hourly rate/salary (DOE)
- Overtime available: Weekdays: time + ⅓ (after 40 hours worked) Saturdays: time + ½
