
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Rolls Royce

- Lead the commercial management of various project elements, managing all costs and income within your area of responsibility.
- Supervise and mentor a small team of junior commercial staff, supporting their professional development towards industry qualifications.
- Prepare and analyze tender documents, conduct cost forecasting, and manage contract cost control.
- Negotiate with subcontractors and manage customer and stakeholder commercial relationships.
- Use your expertise to support procurement strategies and constructability analyses.
- Maintain compliance with company governance, embracing LEAN and digital tools.
- Deliver timely commercial reports and financial reconciliations to senior project staff.
- BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Chartered or working towards chartered status with RICS, ICES, or CIOB (MRCIS/MCInstCES/MCIOB).
- Valid CSCS card for a Professional Qualified Person.
- Experience with Cost Reimbursable Contracts, ideally NEC4 Option E.
- Preferably SC Security Clearance or at least BPSS.
- Previous experience on build projects, ideally in civil engineering or infrastructure.
- Skilled in commercial management software and contract administration.
- 25 days paid annual leave (pro rata)
