- Supporting students in class, either one-to-one or in small groups
- Working closely with teachers to bring lessons to life
- Encouraging students to stay on track, stay motivated and succeed
- Bringing your own flair, fun and creativity to the school day
- Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive and safe classroom environment
- You’ve got a passion for working with young people
- You’re patient, approachable, and full of enthusiasm
- Experience in a classroom is a bonus – but not essential
- You’ve got strong communication skills and a great sense of humour
- You’re flexible and reliable – a true team player
