Your support will make a real difference in their lives.Who will I support?We are looking for someone to join the team supporting 4 people in their own flats in Eastry, Kent, who all enjoy getting out and about in their community. They like to join in with local events, love to grab a coffee, go shopping and enjoy drives out in their own vehicles, so you should be a driver with a manual licence and be prepared to drive these. You should ideally hold a manual driving licence and be prepared to drive as part of the role. However, if you live locally and do not have a driving licence, we would still welcome your application, provided you can reliably travel to the location for your shifts.If you're passionate about helping others, enjoy being out and about, and want to play a meaningful role in your community, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to shine!How will I make a difference?As a support worker you'll be there to lend a helping hand in a way that puts the person's needs first, this means:
