Hours: Night Shifts, Weekend Shifts availablePay: £15.00 per hour (via PAYE)We are seeking Support Workers to provide complex care for children with a range of complex issues in Horsford, Norfolk. - Provide high-quality care to young children
- Be proactive with managing activities & sensory play
- Ability to communicate clearly & effectively through verbal & written means.
- Strong interpersonal skills, along with empathy
- Must have a calm demeanour and a playful personality
- Maintain clear and accurate care observation records
- Must be able to maintain a high level of personal care
- At least a 1 years’ experience working with Children
- Proven experience in Paediatric Complex Care
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Airmid care team, MDT and family.
- Compassionate, empathetic approach to patient-focused care
- Experience with PEG Feeding.
- Experience with Cerebral Palsy & Dystonia
