- Plan workloads with a focus on immediate, mid-range, and long-term requirements.
- Build collaborative relationships across departments to reduce siloed working.
- Ensure timely and clear communication of issues, exceptions, and results.
- Help define and refine KPIs that align with business strategy and drive positive behaviours.
- Uphold 5S standards through regular audits and continuous area improvement.
- Ensure health and safety practices are followed, including timely reporting of incidents and near misses.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage across all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards in quality, compliance, and safety.
