- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Optional Saturdays as overtime)
- Carry out high-standard panel repairs on VW Transporters and other light commercial vehicles
- Focus on repair over replacement, particularly working with large panels
- Assess damage accurately and determine appropriate repair methods
- Operate workshop tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure all work is completed within manufacturer and industry guidelines
- Maintain high levels of workmanship and attention to detail
- Collaborate effectively with workshop colleagues and support
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater within the automotive body repair industry
- Skilled in panel repair techniques with particular experience working on large panels
- Strong work ethic with a focus on quality and teamwork
- Previous experience working with VW Transporters is highly desirable but not essential
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently and meet deadlines without compromising on quality
- Competitive salary circa £43,000 per annum
