You will collaborate closely with teachers and parents, assisting in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to ensure that each child's specific requirements are met within a nurturing classroom environment. Your work will directly contribute to creating an empowering atmosphere where every student feels valued and supported.Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing tailored one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
  • Assisting in adapting and preparing learning materials to suit individual student needs.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing regular, constructive feedback to the class teacher.
  • Promoting students' independence and self-confidence through targeted interventions.
  • Supporting classroom management to ensure a productive and safe learning space.
  • Building positive and trusting relationships with students, staff, and parents to create a cohesive support system.
