- Proven background in behavioural and management capability development, either within a complex organisation or consultancy setting.
- Evidence of using data and insights to inform decisions and measure the impact of learning interventions.
- Track record of using performance consulting skills to diagnose skills gaps on which to develop targeted curricula to address capability needs.
- Proven background in partnership work collaborating with talent, performance and leadership teams to drive common outcomes.
- Demonstrates initiative and a hands-on approach to independently leading and delivering work with minimal supervision.
