Location: Wednesbury (WS10) Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm Pay: From £89 per day (PAYE) depending on experience Start Date: September We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream Primary school this September. You will be supporting pupils with a wide range of SEN, assisting in their learning and development. Key Responsibilities: • Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN • Assist in implementing and monitoring Individual Education Plans (IEPs) • Support students' academic, emotional, and social development • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other school staff • Help create an inclusive, safe, and engaging classroom environment Requirements: • Previous school-based experience is essential • Experience working with children with SEN is essential • Positive, patient, and flexible approach to supporting young people • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A valid DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in a child's life.
