
Legal Corporate Specialist

- Draft, review, negotiate contractual documents, mainly related to projects performed by the Company in different geographies, in both Italian and English;
- Advise on general business law issues and manage the legal issues of all areas of the company, including but not limited to corporate matters, operations, digital, sales & marketing, procurement, safety, security, litigations and sustainability issues;
- Attend meeting with clients, suppliers and/or project team;
- Fulfill any corporate obligations, including dealing with public notaries or local authorities and obtaining certificates or other corporate documents;
- Draft letters related to contractual obligations and/or pre-litigations and/or claims;
- Advise on claims and ensure a proper connection with external lawyers in charge of litigations, ensuring that externally commissioned lawyers are provided with all necessary information to enable them to provide advice that is accurate, targeted and which represents the best value for money;
- Cooperate in developing procedures, matrices and policies to be adopted at Technogym Group level;
- Work on developing templates and standards and maintain a deep understanding of Group policies and procedures;
- Assist business teams on specific legal issues (e.g. IP, competition or IT laws);
- Provide high quality, targeted and accessible legal advice across a range of practice areas and work as a valued business partner with colleagues across Technogym Group, in order to secure and deliver effective solutions to legal issues;
- Drive continuous improvement within his/her own areas of responsibility;
- Take a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring legal risks and issues are identified, addressed and reported and, where appropriate, escalated;
- Anticipate and manage (legal) risks connected with or resulting from the business strategy and operations;
- Secure compliance of business operations with relevant laws and regulations;
- Deliver high-quality work under deadlines;
- Law Degree with full marks (a Ph.D. in Law from an accredited Law School is preferable)
- Member in good standing in a European Bar
- 5-7 years of experience in corporate and contract law (in law firms or as in-house, preferable both)
- Strong legal experience in corporate and commercial matters
- Experience in managing external legal counsels
- Strong written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English
- Pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Good relational and communication skills and ability to thrive under pressure
- Proven track record of being highly effective in unstructured business environment remote from corporate support
- Process oriented with strong organization skills to manage multiple projects in parallel and prioritize competing demands
