- Successful completion of Children's Wellbeing Practitioner PGCert, Low-Intensity Psychological Interventions for Children and Young People PGCert or Educational Mental Health Practitioner PGCert
- Registration with BABCP or BPS
- Manage a caseload and the provision of mental healthcare services, to young people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties
- Experience of holistic assessment of mental health, including risk formulation
- Experience of working in partnership with CAMHS, Schools, social care and GPs
- Experience of offering high quality brief outcome focused evidence-based practice
- Experience of delivering whole school approach interventions
- Experience of delivering 1:1 and group interventions to both children, young people and families
- Experience of working with and adapting CBT Interventions for CYPS with additional needs or neurodiversity
- Experience of working with children from vulnerable groups
- Experience of working with CYP who present with some clinical risk
- Experience of leading on delivering whole school activities within an education setting
