Maintenance TechnicianSalary - up to £32,000 + Overtime + Call OutMonday to Friday, 08:00am-17:00pmChineham, RG24We are currently looking to recruit for a Maintenance Technician to work across a static site based in Chineham, RG24. In this role you will work on one site working across 17 buildings. You will join a team of 2 engineers on this site and assist in any compliance works as well as completing your own diarised works. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in a commercial environment completing various PPM/Reactive works.This company is a well-known business across Southern England who have grown constantly. They offer additional training and development with a widespread opportunity to move within the business.In this position you'll be responsible for the reactive & planned maintenance of the commercial side of the complex.Job specific Responsibilities for a Maintenance Technician:
  • Basic Plumbing
  • Basic Electrics
  • Basic Carpentry
  • Lamp changing
  • Take Tap Temperatures
  • Flushing
  • PPM's
  • Reactive maintenance
  • Plant Room Checks
  • Assist other engineers onsite as required
  • Painting & Decorating
  • Tiling
