- Assisting at the trade counter, picking and booking out parts.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised workspace.
- Working collaboratively to meet production targets and deadlines.
- A genuine interest in manufacturing and engineering.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (training provided).
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and flexibility to work overtime if required.
