- Partner with senior leaders to set and deliver the HR and talent agenda
- Provide strategic advice across organisational design, workforce planning, and leadership development
- Support managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management
- Lead on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with employment law and best practice
- Drive associate engagement strategies that build a high-performing, inclusive culture
- Coach and support leaders in developing talent pipelines and succession plans
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective hiring and onboarding processes
- Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams to maintain competitive and equitable reward structures
- Ensure the annual performance and development reviews are carried out thoroughly to support ongoing employee growth
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support long-term organisational growth
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a global, matrixed organisation
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and UK employment law
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in managing employee relations and organisational development projects.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and analysing HR metrics.
- Experience with Workday, Microsoft 365 tools, and HR analytics
