- Provide hands-on support for children with SEN in both group and one‑to‑one contexts.
- Assist with personal care needs-ensuring dignity, comfort, and safety for all learners.
- Support behaviour management using strategies like Team Teach (preferred).
- Collaborate with the teaching team, therapists, and families to deliver bespoke learning and care plans.
- Celebrate each child's achievements and nurture their self-esteem and independence.
- At least some prior experience as a Teaching Assistant working with primary-aged pupils with SEN.
- Confidence and ability to deliver personal care as required.
- Team Teach behaviour management certification highly preferred.
- A CV highlighting up to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proof of your right to work in the UK along with a current address.
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
- References from the last two years, including at least one that shows work with children.
