From incentive trips and conferences to product launches and corporate hospitality, you’ll play a key role in bringing client visions to life.What You'll Be DoingResponding to client briefs and crafting compelling proposalsResearching venues, hotels, restaurants, and experiencesManaging client and agency relationshipsCoordinating suppliers, contracts, and service deliveryKeeping projects running smoothly from concept to completionSupporting marketing and new product developmentHandling event logistics and on-site coordinationMaintaining working docs, supplier databases, and paymentsWho You AreDegree-qualified with 2+ years’ experience or A-levels with 4+ years’ work experienceBackground in events, travel, or hospitality is a bonusDetail-driven and commercially mindedA strong communicator with excellent organisational skillsTech-savvy (Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)A multitasker who thrives under pressure and works well in small teamsEnthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to take initiativeWhy This Role?✅ Creative, varied work with international clients
