- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, as well as dealing with pricing enquiries, quoting and growing sales of products and services in line with company’s offering whilst improving margin contribution.
- Assess the customers technical and commercial requirements, in preparation for the sales/project teams.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on the functionality and capabilities of systems in place.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business and expand the client base.
- Responsible for account management of clients to also help with future service contract opportunities.
- Strong selling skills and understanding of the need to create proposals and deliver on customer satisfaction.
- Experienced in HVAC / BMS & Controls / Energy / Building Services
- Knowledge of UK HVAC controls market is desirable.
- Great communication skills as well as commercial awareness.
- Ambitious, with professional development opportunities and training programs available.
- Full UK clean drivers’ licence
