This is an entry-level CNC Operator position - perfect for someone just starting out in engineering, such as a college leaver or someone looking to retrain in a skilled trade. You'll be trained on-site by experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience in CNC machining.Key Responsibilities:
- Operating CNC milling and turning machines (full training provided)
- Loading/unloading aluminium components and monitoring machining cycles
- Performing basic quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Working to job instructions and reporting any issues to supervisors
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
- Learning about machining tolerances, materials, and drawings as part of your development

- Punctual, reliable, and keen to learn new skills
- Comfortable working with your hands and following technical instructions
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Engineering or workshop experience from school/college is a bonus, but not essential
