Salary: £50,000We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Unit Manager to lead our team in an elderly dementia care home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dementia care and a passion for improving the quality of life for residents.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the residential unit, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to the needs of residents with dementia.
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents, families, and staff.
- Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and supplies effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with legal and organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance the delivery of care services.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to resident care promptly.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in a managerial role within a dementia care setting.
