Known for its stability, forward-thinking culture, and significant investment in cutting-edge technology, this organisation is on a mission to transform its operations through intelligent automation, AI, and digital innovation.You'll be joining a specialist innovation function that works closely with capital markets and corporate banking teams to challenge legacy processes, explore the latest technologies, and build high-impact solutions at scale.About the Role:As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will lead the development of intelligent, enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure OpenAI. You'll design, build, and orchestrate AI agents, Copilot Studio apps, and end-to-end workflows that automate critical processes across compliance, risk, and operations-always with a focus on regulatory alignment, security, and enterprise integration.This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of low-code innovation and advanced AI engineering.What You'll Do:
  • Design and develop Copilot Studio agents and Power Automate workflows
  • Build Power Apps integrated with enterprise systems and GenAI services
  • Orchestrate agentic workflows using Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, and Microsoft Graph
  • Integrate AI capabilities such as document processing, summarisation, and search using Azure AI services
  • Deploy secure, scalable solutions via Azure Kubernetes or Container Apps
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and Responsible AI frameworks
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio)
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure AI Search
  • Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar orchestration tools
  • Understanding of cloud deployment, security, and identity management in Azure
  • Exposure to financial services or other regulated environments is a strong plus
  • Passion for innovation and building real-world solutions that drive measurable impact
