Then make AIT Worldwide Logistics the next stop on your career ladder! Overview:This is a full-time role for an Import Co-Ordinator. The applicant will handle the day-to-day tasks associated with shipping and logistics including forwarding and import processes as well as providing an excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
  • Working to strict deadlines to co-ordinate multimodal imports from start to finish (this includes liaising with overseas agents / suppliers & customers).
  • Producing Customs entries using CDS.
  • Develop strong customer relationships to understand their shipping requirements and to deliver great customer service.
  • Quotations
  • Customer Billing.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s).
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Other skills:
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skill
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Strong PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office applications) preferred
  • Fluent oral and written English is a must
